Shipping policy

Shipping:

We ship to Canada and the USA.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (before taxes). This option will be available for you to automatically select at checkout once your order reaches the minimum amount.

Flat-rate shipping is available for orders under $100 (before taxes, in local CAD or USD currency). The current rate is $15 and this rate is subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep shipping prices reasonable and orders will normally ship via Chit Chats or Canada Post (in Canada) or UPS or FedEx (to the USA).

All ready-to-sell items selected for shipping will be sent within 2-4 business days.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided to us is correct and we cannot be responsible for missing packages where the shipping information was incorrect

Once we have delivered items to a shipping outlet, we cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, strikes or other carrier issues outside of our control.

Delivery:

We offer local-area deliveries through a third-party courier service - Gopher-It Deliveries - to the Ottawa, Kanata, Orleans and Gatineau postal codes covered in their delivery area. A flat rate $10 CAD fee applies to all deliveries.

We will contact you when your order is ready to coordinate delivery. Deliveries will occur according to Gopher-It's delivery scheduling, based on our coordination details.

Local Ottawa Pickup:

You can pick up free at our business location in Barrhaven, a 25 minute drive from downtown Ottawa.
